SUMMER is here! Train virtually from the beach, the campsite, or the backyard!  Sessions will include dryland instruction, strength & conditioning (with a focus on basic movement patterns – upper body), and mental performance. Instruction provided by Provincial Coaches and Mental Performance Consultants.

Competitive club elite L2T- to junior-aged skaters are invited to attend the first Academy camp of the 2021-2022 season!
