Join the BC Speed Skating team (Provincial Coaches, Mental Performance Consultants and staff) to reflect on and celebrate the 2020-2021 season, and make plans to start the 2021-2022 season off on the right foot!  This 2-hour online interactive workshop is open to all Academy skaters (competitive L2T, T2T and Junior skaters) and all club coaches.

In the spirit of celebration, submit a 5 second (vertical) video to highlight your favourite moment or summary of the season.  Get creative, this could be anything from an inspirational quote you use, your favourite drill, or even your best celebration dance!  Submit by March 30 to info@nullbcspeedskating.ca, subject: Academy Spring Melt.  Your video may be shared on social media.
