Coach Mentorship Program

BCSSA Coach Mentorship Program

The BCSSA Coach Mentorship Program is a pilot program being offered by the BCSSA Coaching Development Committee (CDC). The intention is to expose existing BCSSA coaches to training or competitive opportunities under the guidance of a Mentor Coach. BCSSA CDC will coordinate pairing Mentor Coaches and Apprentice Coaches, as well as coordinate any special permissions to have additional coaches in the Coaching Box at competitions. Funding from the BCSSA CDC cannot be guaranteed for the Program.

Each application to the Program will be considered individually by the BCSSA CDC. Please note that the target audience of the program is coaches who have already undergone some NCCP course training or certification.
