The TEAM BC (Speed Skating) Selection Committee is proud to release the FINAL DRAFT of the TEAM BC (Speed Skating) Selection Bulletin for the 2015 Canada Winter Games. BCSSA members are encouraged to review the Selection Bulletin and bring forth any questions or comments, either in person at the upcoming BCSSA AGM or via email (email@example.com). Comments will be accepted up until Monday June 2nd, 2014.

The 2014 BCSSA AGM week-end will take place May 31-June 1 (with a Coach Workshop on the evening of May 30) at the Accent Inn, 3777 Henning Drive, Burnaby. The ORTC in Kelowna is hosting a Testing/Talent Camp at the CapitalÂ News Centre May 24-25. Refer to the Event Calendar for campÂ detailsÂ and registration form.
All T2T and older skaters are welcome to attend. The focus will be on finding out the current state of your physical conditioning and learning how to prepare yourself for the upcoming season through information sessions on nutrition, stretching, skating specific exercises, learning some functional movement and core exercises that can help your skating and prevent injuries as well as season planning exercises.
Poco Lightning is hosting a Performance Camp for speed skaters in the Lower Mainland May 9-11th atÂ Fortius Sport & Health, 3713 Kensington Avenue, Burnaby.Â The camp is open to serious L2T & up skaters and geared to meet the training requirements for CWG.Â Please refer to the Events Calendar for aÂ complete scheduleÂ andÂ registration form.
