Congratulations to Sara Spence, Abi McCluskey, Jacob Graham and Nico Hiller who represented Canada at the ISU Junior World Cup Regional Long Track Competition in Calgary this past weekend.
Sara, Jacob and Nico were on the Canadian Team Sprint teams. Both the male and female teams won the silver medal.
Skaters participating in the TEAM BC LT Selection Trials (CC#1): there is a TEAM BC LT Team Pursuit Camp on Monday December 1st following the Selection Trials. Attendance at the camp is mandatory for the skaters who have provisionally qualified to TEAM BC (including alternates), in order to receive full financial compensation from the CWG Prep Program. All BC skaters competing in CC#1 and TEAM BC LT Selection Trials MUST REGISTER THROUGH BCSSA! Club registrars- please ensure this information is passed along to BC skaters who are training out-of-province. Skaters must complete an in-house online form AND send their completed entry forms/fees to Lorna. The deadline is November 19th.
